At Walden Veterinary Clinic, we extend a full range of caring services for your pet at every stage of its life.
Your Walden veterinarian is Dr. Stephen Kelly or Dr. Jody Dickey. Both are licensed New York veterinarians experienced at compassionately treating all kinds of pets. Our full-service clinic and animal hospital offers both routine medical, surgical and dental care.
You’ll find the Walden waiting room to be a comfortable and kid-friendly atmosphere that will relax your pet while awaiting care.
Our pet care services include comprehensive routine exams, vaccinations, and such preventative care service as flea and tick control. Also count on Walden for such urgent care services as eye and ear infections, gastrointestinal upsets, paw and nail injuries, and minor wounds and respiratory infections.
Your pet will also receive dental and surgical services, including spaying and neutering. We carry state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including X-ray, ultrasound and lab analysis to accurately diagnose injury or illness and swiftly begin treatment.
When your pet requires pain management or therapy, we provide low-level laser light to stimulate healing and reduce discomfort.
We’ll be there for your beloved pet even when you can’t be, with responsible and loving boarding and daycare services. So go ahead and take that well-deserved vacation or go to work without stressing out about what’s happening to your pet while you’re away.
If you live in or near Walden and have a pet, you’ll value the broad range of services we extend at Walden Animal Clinic. We’ll competently and compassionately comfort and treat your pet when sick or injured, or in need of routine care and vaccines to stay healthy. In addition, we extend our loving care and protection even further by being there when you must be away from your animal.

I have used this animal clinic for 6 years, with the same vets, and they seem to be very caring and conscientious. My Maggie has been very healthy thanks to their cautious administraning of meds. My dog is my child, and if it takes multiple visits to make sure the meds are not causing any reaction and are effective, then so be it. I think they are pretty reasonable compare to a lot of other places. Also remember, You get what you pay for. June 06, 2008...
Love the greeting when you walk in, talk about personalized service. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming. The care is excellent. WE have been to many local vets and are going to stay with this one. January 11, 2009
Dr. Kelly and his staff are more than happy to work with reputable prescribing pharmacies! The office is really clean and comfortable, and both of the attending doctors are truly caring. I love this clinic and wouldn’t trust any other with my pets!:) March 05, 2009
I cannot say enough about this clinic. I have experience with many clinics in several states…this one is one of the best. The staff is wonderful and make you feel as though your pet is not just a case number, but genuinely cared for. We bring our dog and 2 cats to them even though there are 3 other clinics which are much closer to us. They are not outrageously priced as one of the previous reviewers have said. Some people are just never satisfied! June 04, 2011...
